1. Our commitment

At PeeJhay Hub, we are committed to preparing and serving food safely while helping customers make informed choices about the food they consume. We take food allergies, intolerances and dietary requirements seriously and make every reasonable effort to provide accurate allergen information.

2. Important allergy notice

Our food is prepared in a kitchen where the following allergens may be present:

4. Cross-contamination disclaimer

Although we take reasonable precautions to minimise cross-contamination, all food is prepared in a shared kitchen environment. As a result:

• We cannot guarantee that any product is completely allergen-free.
• Customers with severe allergies should carefully consider this information before ordering.

5. Ingredient changes

Recipes and ingredients may occasionally change due to supplier availability, seasonal ingredients, product substitutions or menu updates. Customers are encouraged to check allergen information each time they place an order.

6. Catering orders

For catering orders, customers must notify PeeJhay Hub of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking. Where possible, we will work with customers to provide suitable options; however, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

7. Limitation of liability

PeeJhay Hub will take reasonable care to provide accurate allergen information and prepare food safely. However, we cannot accept responsibility for allergic reactions where:

• Customers fail to inform us of allergies or dietary requirements.
• Cross-contamination occurs despite reasonable precautions.
• Ingredient information provided by suppliers is inaccurate or incomplete.

Nothing in this policy excludes any rights available under UK consumer protection laws.
