PeeJhay Hub is a home-based catering and food delivery business specialising in African cuisine, homemade juices, catering trays and event catering services.

3. Ordering

• Orders may be placed through our website, WhatsApp, telephone or other approved channels.
• All orders are subject to availability.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details are correct before payment is made.

4. Pricing

• All prices displayed are in Pounds Sterling (£).
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Delivery charges may apply depending on location.
• Any applicable charges will be communicated before order confirmation.

5. Payments

• Full payment may be required before preparation of food begins.
• Payments may be accepted via bank transfer, online payment methods or other approved payment channels.
• Orders will not be confirmed until payment has been received where pre-payment is required.

6. Delivery and collection

• Delivery times provided are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
• Customers must provide accurate delivery details.
• PeeJhay Hub shall not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
• Collection orders must be collected at the agreed time.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Standard orders

• Orders cancelled before preparation begins may qualify for a full refund.
• Once food preparation has commenced, refunds may not be available.

Catering orders

• Catering orders cancelled more than 7 days before the event may receive a refund, subject to any non-refundable deposits.
• Cancellations within 7 days of the event may incur charges to cover costs already incurred.

Refund requests

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will investigate fairly.

8. Allergens

Our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles ingredients including but not limited to: peanuts, tree nuts, eggs, milk, fish, shellfish, wheat, gluten, soy and sesame.

Customers with allergies or dietary requirements must contact us before placing an order. While every effort is made to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

9. Food safety

PeeJhay Hub follows food safety and hygiene procedures in accordance with UK food safety requirements. Customers should consume food promptly, store food appropriately and reheat food thoroughly where applicable. We are not responsible for food that has been improperly stored after delivery or collection.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PeeJhay Hub shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses.
• Delays outside our reasonable control.
• Issues arising from inaccurate customer information.
• Failure by customers to disclose allergies or dietary requirements.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights that customers have under UK consumer law.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including logos, branding, images and text, remains the property of PeeJhay Hub and may not be copied, reproduced or used without permission.

12. Privacy

Any personal information collected through orders or enquiries will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection laws.
