Refund Policy

Your enjoyment matters. If something goes wrong, we'll do our best to make it right.

Standard orders

• Orders cancelled before preparation begins may qualify for a full refund.
• Once food preparation has commenced, refunds may not be available.

Catering orders

• Catering orders cancelled more than 7 days before the event may receive a refund, subject to any non-refundable deposits.
• Cancellations within 7 days of the event may incur charges to cover costs already incurred.

How to request a refund

Contact us within 24 hours of the issue with your order number and a brief description. Photos help. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. We may also offer credit at our discretion.
